Like the two complaints before, I ordered toys on December 19, and got the email that said they would let me know when it ships. I heard nothing. On December 26, and January 3, I emailed the support and asked to cancel the order and refund on the card. Automated response, no response from any human. I am pursuing this with the credit card company too. I know things can go badly, and I can work with that. Until they work with those of us who seem to have been scammed, these guys need the worst possible rating.

Ordered Christmas gifts for my grandsons, they charged my card, confirmed order, then no shipment, one lame reply from customer support email and then nothing else. They have no phone # or chat on their website and no corporate office listed. My bad, but hope to save others the ugly experience. Have filed fraud claim with my bank card services.

I purchased Christmas gifts from joytoys.co weeks before Christmas. They seemed like a legitimate business, even was on top of google search as an advertisement.

I never received the items and could never get someone to respond back to my questions regarding the order. By the way, they only have a “24/7 email support service” that no one ever responds to.
