Ordered a 2020 Halloween House Projector - House Projector / USA in September. Found the ad on facebook, with many similar ads. I placed my order and received email confirmation of my order. Received tracking information for my order. payment was accepted and taken for my order. When I questioned the tracking number, I was told the shipping company lost my package. I was never offered to have it reshipped, and only one email response stating that the shipping company has not found the package. It has been 28 days since order was placed and monies received, but no product to me, the consumer.
