I have had the same experience trying to purchase the toilet brush they were supposedly selling. I spent the same amount and after receiving an email regarding it's tracking information it never showed up. They use an email address [email protected], when I insisted they refund my money due to never receiving the items I purchased, they stopped responding to my inquiries. They also told me that they discovered the item had been delivered to the wrong address and so they would have to resend it to me, but again they have done nothing.

I purchased from an ad on Instagram. Their toilet brush. They sent a confirmation order number then a tracking number when it shipped. I tracked my shipment but when it was marked delivered I had not received it. I called USPS and they looked at the label it was addressed to travis head at an address in my city on NE14th and delivered to him. I've tried numerous times to contact them to fix this as I've paid for my purchase and I've yet to get any answers the emails I do get are in a foreign language I cannot translate.
