I ordered a tactical backpack from the website on March 26th. Waited patiently for a month because of "international shipping" and because of this whole covid 19 situation, I truly was being patient. It is now May 13th, and I wrote an email about 10 days ago and another 5 days ago, both were responded to today with a copy and paste Rambling about international shipping and the whole run around. This is the actual email.

"You can check it later". This sounds like a company who doesn't care, and is just sending a copy paste email of people who are waiting for products....with no intentions on shipping the product. Mind you I asked for a refund in both the emails I sent prior and there were no mention of getting on in the response.

Journeer needs to be looked into.

I also have an open order from 03.06. ... the same problems, 2 times tracking ID, now they have a COVID problems...
