I had the exact same experience as the previous poster...only difference is the position, the position I was being recruited for a Finance Assistant making $34.80 per hour. I declined to move forward after the request was made for me to submit a picture of myself with the signed agreement.

I received an email from manager Valentina Hernandez of Joshstock Logistics Service LLC on my interest on Indeed.com offering a Customer Service Manager position remotely for $35 an hour. Responding with my interest prompts the next email with a PDF file of their company information and job details if still interested reply to that email. The next email is a PDF of an employment agreement for 14 trial basis training which asks for your name, date of birth, address and phone number as well as instructions to send a picture of you holding up the signed agreement or your photo ID if you didn’t have a printer. Once that’s completed received an email that a phone interview would be conducted the following day between 10-11AM in which there never was a call.
