I found craigslist ad for justin Timberlake concert tickets. They scammer talked me into transferring money using zelle. AND i did it TWICE two differnt people scammed me!

called my cell phone "Josh" asked if I could hear him started to say i won but I hung up. recvd call at 10:54 am on 4-10-2017 also recd another call today 12:04 pm from 608-628-4185 person said something about Marriot Hotel I also hung up again.

AFTER HEARING A NEWS REPORT, REGARDING A NEW PHONE SCAM, WHERE A PERSON WILL CALL, AND THEN ASK " IF YOU CAN HEAR ME? ", WHICH ALLOWS THEM TO RECORD YOU ACCEPTANCE YES, WHEN USING YOUR INFORMATION TO MAKE PURCHASES WITH YOUR RECORDED "YES" APPROVAL. THE PERSON GAVE A NAME OF JOSH, AND THE PHONE NUMBER CAME FROM 727-350-7802, WHICH ORIGINATED FROM ST. PETE., FL.

Caller stated his name was Josh and asked "can you hear me OK"? I asked "Are you a robot"? And he acted confused and asked again about if I could hear him. Each time I said I just needed to know if he was a real person and he could not answer the question but kept asking questions to get a "yes" answer.

phone call this am when I answered he said this is Josh from the service dept. can you hear me I said yes and then it seamed to be a recording of trying to say I won Orlando tickets and I said not interested and hung up

I had read the article about the phone scam with people asking if you can hear them. Just a minute ago I received a phone call and the guy said, "hi my name is josh with the customer service department, can you hear me okay?" He never said what business he was with, which automatically made me skeptical. The only thing I said was what business are you with? He wouldn't answer me so I just hung up. I posted a Facebook post saying not to answer that number that it's a scam. The number is from cherryville, NC. This number also called my fiancé, lol, but she's not dumb either

I answered my cell phone. The person on the other line said, "hi, this is Josh, can you hear me?" I hesitantly replied, "Yes" then I heard I won I trip to Disney & I recalled the news report with your voice being recorded stating yes and then the scammer authorizes spending from your bank, credit cards, etc. I am very concerned & don't know how to protect myself from this happening now.

Caller first asked me if I could hear him. I was asleep and woke up groggy to answer the phone. I said "yeh". Then he said his name was Josh from the sweepstakes enterprise......at that time I hung up the phone.

Received call from Wichita, KS. Caller said "This is Josh, can you hear me okay?" I said, "yes I can." Then I immediately remembered hearing about a scam where people call and ask "can you hear me" so they can record your voicing saying "yes." He went on about me being selected to receive some Disney trip or something. I said I wasn't interested and hung up. Now I'm worried.

He said, "Hi, this is Josh! Can you hear me?" I said yes. He said, "you've qualified to win a vacation" and I hung up immediately, realizing this may have been the scam I recently heard about. I'm not sure what they actually do with my "yes" reply, but I was told by our police dept to keep an eye on my bank account.

"Josh" asked me if I could hear him okay and I said "yes" without thinking. He then started talking about me being selected for something and I said "remove me from your list" and hung up
