"Hello, this is Josh from Customer Service, can you hear me okay?"

I unfortunately, responded "Yes" then realized what it was and disconnected. Called the number back twice and eventually push the "9" key to not receive any future calls. Second big mistake!!!!

Phone call to my cell phone # stating he was Josh from Customer Service and then asked if I could hear him OK>

ANswered my phone. "Josh" says can you hear me? I said sure, before I remembered the news report about the scam.

I answered hello on cell phone and caller said "Hi this is Josh from customer service can you hear me okay?" I hung up
