I thought it was sketchy from the get go. Then I get this:

I am not renting my house because of the money but because I want to have it off the market for the future of my kids but the house is available for minimum of 1 years, so you are free to rent my house as long as you want, you can move in with your pets.
I will make sure the house is off the market immediately you move in and have the for-sale sign removed and cancelled, you don't have to contact the Realtor since I am not involving the Realtor concerning the renting of my house to avoid the property manager fee I will make sure I handle everything myself.

He attached photos from rental sites. He called me 3x back to back and text about the property. I called back and I got an automated message saying " Please state your name so google can recognize it.." No answer. I get a call back right away from a man who sounded foreign. I did not give any information to this person and plan to never give information. He explained he would fedex a key to the house I was lucky enough to rent his home. I'm sorry, but a 3/2 home for $1000 with utilities included? No.
