"So sorry for maybe a little delay because of the shopping season about Christmas Day and New Year. Thanks for your kindness and understand. Welcome back if any problem." I was given a tracking number and did not see any movement. Tracking number 420124019200190358878605439562 USPS. The item was in Jamaica NY on 12/13 and the updates continued that it was there. I then reached out again and was told so sorry, but they are overwhelmed in their warehouse due to blackfriday and the christmas orders and it would be delivered soon. I didn't see any movement as of christmas so I told them I wanted a refund as I had zero faith it would be delivered.

I again asked for refund as was refused. I contacted my credit card on 1/5/25 and put in a dispute of the charge, The package miraculously was accepted by the USPS on 1/5/25 and now in transit to me. I emailed again and said how do i return it as I do not want the item I had made another purchase elsewhere. This is the response I got..
Hello, you contacted the bank to refuse payment, which cost us a lot of money, if you want a refund, you need to pay your own shipping costs to return our shoes, in addition you initiated a dispute, you need to pay our dispute fee, totaling 13.7USD, as well as your overtime cancellation, our shipping costs and advertisement fees can't be canceled to pay for it, you need to pay for the cost of our loss, totaling 65USD, which is 78USD.
Now that I have received the item, a obvious counterfeit, they are offering me a $20.00 refund if I keep the shoes or a 70% refund if I try to return the item. Again a counterfeit item. Below is their latest response-
We sincerely apologize for the delay, and the package has arrived to you on Jan 8th. We are sorry to hear that you want to return the shoe.
If you proceed with a return, we can only refund 70% of the total amount due to restocking fees, and the return shipping cost would also need to be covered by you. The total refundable amount would be approximately $80-90. As an alternative, we would like to kindly suggest that you keep the shoes and allow us to provide a $20 refund as compensation for your inconvenience.

I am not interested in keeping the shoe...I feel I am entitled to a full refund. The company is a rip off scam. You can't even get their website to open. Please help me.
