An email to my personal account stated my GS-Tech plus plan for Windows and MAC was scheduled for renewal automatically and $$368 would be auto-deducted online. I was given the option to cancel by calling the provided phone number by 48 hours. I called the number but no answer or message box. The phone number provided was irregularly formatted as + 1-801-9013-547. I assume they now can access my iPhone because of that call. Word usage suggested written by non-native English speaker. There were no links included in the message. The product and purchase were unknown to me.
