Was told harley saddle bags & seats were 450 the shipping would be 50 so 500 total. The seller then wanted 400 for shipping insurance that wasnt mentioned in sale after the 500 pmt, requested a refund on google pay got blocked on there then spoke with again on Facebook messenger was promised a refund & then they blocked me on there as well so requested the refund on paypal because they gave me their PayPal info & have yet to recieve the refund of 500 usd
