So I went to sleep with 344.00 in my cashapp account and woke up to 64.00 crazy I call them because I don't see any transactions made and I see a message from Cash app saying that they're experiencing a crash for some customers right. Interesting. So I call. They then proceed to tell me that it's payments from March until now from ******** So I called ********and guess what ********has no knowledge of this. So then cash app tells me I have to put it in dispute so I do. Mind you I have COVID so I'm so sick I almost passed out on the phone. The ********rep tells me that they didn't do that and that it's on cashapp what happened because whenever I make my purchases at ********they take their money right away. I need my money back. I have kids and bills. This is sad. Mind you my card was locked this whole entire time. They always make you do that dispute process and then tell you it was denied. I feel that it's not fair. They do this to people. They tried to blame it on a glitch in the system from ******** But when I spoke to ********they said it was a lie. I went so far as to put the rep on one phone and cashapp on another. Just so they can hear them. ********said they're gonna escalate this to warn other people
