there was a house listed in the tn housing program. so i decided to check it out not only that i called the number that was on the sign on the porch who ever the man was that answered the phone at the time said that hid friend was renting the house out and that his son lives there until someone rents it out. ok then i receive an email from another guy assuming to be the owner of this property he sends over application wanting social information credit card account and routing numbers as well as front and back of my drivers licenses. I asked why would you need all that information if there is no credit or back ground check and that i cant give out any information over the phone and that we can meet up at the house once i see that you are legit because there are scammers out here he then reply and say sorry you need to qualify for tomorrows appointment. I then told him sorry ill past because you are a scammer he replies and say thank you have a blessed day. i didnt lose information thank God because i wasnt forsure if it was a scam so all the info i gave out was wrong. i just wanna warn others
