Scammed for 1800

Tried to purchase a hood. Sent 1800 to pay for hood, he then started asking for shipping money, and insurance money. I then asked for a refund. He started calling nonstop. I reported it to my bank immediately. He states he has to talk to his boss about sending a refund, but it’s been 10 days and he refuses to respond to anything. I have his number, name, email.

I’ve been looking for parts for my vehicle and i found this business through instagram, so I did my research and it seemed like it wasn’t a scam so I texted the businesses through instagram and their website number. Off the bat not even asking what I would want to buy he just asked for a payment. So I went back and forth and I agreed to pay this amount of money ($1100) for the two parts which were a bumper and a hood I sent all my info Shipping address ect Than I paid ($600) for shipping with pallet. My tracking number was 000555 and the agency was “ shippingexpertgroup.com”. He told me about the insurance and I was kinda confused because company’s would usually pay for that because it was refundable the payment was ($500) so I paid and I asked “when will refund be sent?” And he said “yea”. So a day or two goes by and I was checking if my package been sent already. Then after two days he tells me my payment he didn’t receive it which now is really ridiculous after two days he tells me that 11/11/22. Then I tell him it’s been sent and out of my bank account and he still tells me he didn’t receive it. So I call Apple and my bank which both said payments been sent and received. I told him I would like my refund paid in full and he blocks me and instagram and blocks my number. The amount in total was ($2200). Thank you
