In 2020, I did it on deferred payment and signed a deal memo stating compensation will be paid once the film gets distribution. He replaced me five days before the first date of the film with his friend. AT that point I can done all of prep, which was 2 months and wasn’t supposed to be on set due to having a small number of people on set

Fast forward: I found out that the film has distribution and has been acquired by a streaming service. The deal memo payment also includes me having 2% of the profit.
