I answered an ad for shoes. The ad stated that they give great support. The pictures in the ad make the shoes look great. The shoes took 3 months to get. They stunk like oil. The soles of the shoes do not have any support and the bottoms are plastic. The shoes also run small. I then contacted them asking for a return label and my money back. They replied I couldn’t get my money back because it would cost too much money to send them back. They also said I was the only one that complained about them and it was my fault that I got the wrong size. They also said to give them to someone else in the family. The offered to give me $3 to spend on their site. After this response I sent a new one with an attachment with reviews that I found stating how bad the shoes are, which I wish was available before I bought them. I told them I couldn’t believe with what is going on in the world that they would do such an awful thing of scamming people. I also demanded my money or I was going to report them, which they did not respond to this email.

I ordered shoes from them and never received them. They stole my money And multiple others
