Hacked a friend's Facebook account and impersonated him. Said they represented an "agent" of un-named agency that administered Gov. grants. Asked for a lot of information. I stopped when they requested my photo. They used language that did not sound American, including polite phrases that we would not use in this context. They said, acting as my friend, that they had received a large grant. When I stopped and asked if we could speak on the phone they said that was not allowed. I did not proceed. They are hacking Facebook Messenger to attack people. I did not get to the point where they ask for a "processing fee". but that was coming next. It would be great if you could stop them.
