After almost two months of waiting, my package didn’t arrive, and it won’t. As compensation, I only get half the amount back..
The costumer service was really helpful, but I will never order from Dellafly.

I purchased what was supposed to be a sparkly white dress to wear for my rehearsal dinner, but ended up receiving some sort of odd colored lace dress. I reached out to the company and told them they sent me the wrong product. I was told I could keep the item and they would give me a 20% refund. I demanded they give me a full refund and pay for return shipping since they are the ones that sent me the wrong item and they are only offering me a 40% refund. They are refusing to give me my money back for a mistake they made. The company Dellafly is disguising themselves as Jojosoutfit on social media.
