I orders after clicking a sale link through Facebook for Hey Dude shoes from a company selling them at discount. I bought 3 pairs of hey dudes one in womens, men's and kids for my whole family. I received an order confirmation email but have been denied access to contact the company. Whats weirder is that they took my money and when I click the confirmation email, it takes me to a new sight identical to the first one (jojocomfy .com) to mcreams. Com. My order has sat in awaiting shipment since day one with no way to contact the company or get my refund. I will call you credit card company tomorrow to cancel my card; however, there are multiple sights online connected to this one individual mjm ouros. Every click takes you to an additional identical site with same sale and coupon platform.

Company address 2 squares Sain Marsalis, 66100 Perpignan France which is not what they advertise on social media or their contact information one of the sites.

It is odd that there are several sites that look the same attached to the same owner with multiple non working contact emails yet they all guarantee goods and customer satisfaction. I have still not received my order.

Please help me resolve this issue and receive either my brand name Hey Dude Shoes that I've paid for OR. A full refund for the amount spent noted in the my documented proof. Thank you
