Provide assistance with weight loss injection. However they file paperwork to insurance company incomplete and prior authorization was declined. This on one occasion never file for prior authorization with insurance company. I call my insurance company and there was no record of a request. Due to supply shortages they offered to help locate medication in your area however they never searched. They shipped me pills that I could have gotten for $3 with my insurance. I have 28 day left on my membership and was told they could no longer assist me with locating medication unless I extended my membership. So they want me to extend my membership when they have not assisted me with receiving medication. All communication is through chat with a 72 hour response time. There is no phone number or email address.
