I was called and thretend with a criminal lawsuit and that I must pay a cellphone bill from 2008 that to knowledge had already been paid. I was then asked personal information my social security number as well as my address. When asked you a professional id number I was refused and hung up on everytime. I requested and email and a physical copy of any documents regarding this alleged debt. It has been over two weeks since my request and have received nothing through email or postal service. I did make a payment as they made it seem very urgent and suckered me in with fear of a criminal lawsuit.
