I called Medicare Advantage UnitedHealthcare to get a referral for counseling, I was sent 10 counselors to choose from the one I picked emailed me a four page application to fill out. I though it was odd that she wanted my social so I called her to ask why she needed it, she said that she could only see the last four digits. I email this application back on Feb. 2, 2021 and on Feb. 6, 2021 I get a text from life lock asking if I applied for a Capitol One credit card, then I get a call from Capitol One asking if this was me appling for the card. So I called Equifax to put a freeze on my credit report. I go to my mail box two weeks later only to get a letter from American Express, as well as pay pal credit where she tried to open up other credit cards. All these hits was in one week of her getting my social she applie on the 5th, the 8th, and the 10th of Feb. 2021. I called UnitedHealth and spoke with a supervisor I gave her the date and time that I was sent this email she assured me that she would get to the bottom of it, I got a call from someone else three days later and said that the mistake was not on their part.
