I applied for a loan and “John” with Prosper Financing called me back and told me I was approved. He asked for my bank information so he could deposit the money so I gave it to him. He deposited and signed my name to a $900 check then told me to get the cash and send it to him via cash app and I told him no so after I had spent the money he returned the check unpaid to my bank causing me to be overdrawn $1078.04 and my account to be frozen.
