I was contacted by a Facebook friend that I recognized. He made small talk then told me about a grant received from the IDA. He sent a link to the IDA website. Then gave me contact info for a "lawyer" that processes the grants. The "lawyer" asked for my full name and address. I gave him my name and a PO box address. He then sent me a form that was from "The US Department of Treasury" asking for more info. It looks super fake so I stopped responding to the text messages.
