My family and I are presently out of town at the moment as a result of my transfer to my new place of employment and we are not returning soon, that is to say that you are free to live in my house till the period time you wish as long as you always pay your rent. Honestly, we would be very pleased if we had the opportunity to show you the inside of my house and the entire compound without you asking, but as you can see we are not around to do so. Actually, I have made all arrangements based on trust in ensuring that we have a reliable person or family take possession of our rental property while we are not around.
I would suggest If you could take a tour to see the exterior part of my house and its environs that will be lovely as I have set aside a way of getting the house keys and other relevant duplicate documents mailed to your present home address once you have been approved as my tenant. Hope you understand where I am coming from. Can I attach the rental application form so that you could fill it and return it back to me via email for approval? This will enable us to proceed with the rental process. Thank you for your understanding.
