John Aaroe induced me to sign a listing agreement when he was aware the property was actively listed by another broker. Failed to advise of potential obligations to pay two brokerages. The firm contacted me after the property was sold asking for 100% commission. This cost me over $*** to defend and forced me to file bankruptcy. They hired an attorney to stalk me and assault me.
