I ordered this hair for my business and thought that it would be good during the pandemic! I received an EMPTY pack with their logo on it

I purchased 4 bundles and a closure. This package took a month to get here. I reached out with no response. I finally saw the tracking was delivered and went to grab my package. I picked it up and it felt empty so I decided to make a video opening the package for proof. All that was in the mailing bag was empty plastic bags of the lengths I ordered. It look like the packages were taped back up. I reached out to them and they confirmed they have received a lot of complaints and even posted on their Instagram story. I reached out and then asked to send a picture of the empty package which I did. They then said to reach out to Usps and file a claim. I did and USPS told me only the merchant can file the claim because that’s who they have direct contract with. I sent another email and they said once the product leaves their warehouse they are no longer responsible. I sent multiple more emails with no response. They told me it is likely a USPS fraud which I do not believe because there’s no way all USPS employees from different states all around all planned to steal packages coming from this one vendor. Makes no sense.
I contacted my bank the worse bank ever Bank of America. I told them everything and they asked me to fax all proof which I did. They refunded me only to take back the money 30 days later saying the vendors bank rebutted the claim with proof of delivery. Yea duhhhhh it was delivered but empty I faxed all the proof. Long story short they said they can’t do anything because I approved the purchase even though it was a scam. I would love to know who this vendor banks for so I can switch.

I initially inquired about purchasing hair from this business. I like what I seen for the product and decided to purchase it. I was charged $195 which is the price for almost every bundle on the website . I then was sent a confirmation number days later after inquiring about it. I was then told it should arrive soon not to worry. Two weeks later I received the package. When I picked it up I knew something wasn’t right it was flat and in a small plastic bag with their name printed on the front. This immediately raised red flags because it should be heavier and the package should have been bigger. Instead it was opened and then taped up multiple times. The initial weight that the seller put on their shipping form said 13.1 which is less than a pound . So the math or weight of the product did not add up seeing as though the hair would weigh more than that. I contacted the seller who admitted they had complaints of more than 450+ packages that’ had been damaged. There is no way every single person you shipped a package to received damaged goods. It just further proves it was a scam. You pay for what you see online and then they mail you empty hair bags .

I ordered my hair august 1st I had to wait a whole month just to come home to an empty package please do not order from this website they are scammers I spent 195 if there’s something I can do to get my money back please let me know

This company is shipping empty packaging with no product! Blaming the Post Office or Fedex workers for stealing the items. A complete scam! Please do not order any hair from this fake company!

I placed an order with the merchant on 7/23. She didn’t send me tracking information until 8/11. Mind you the website says 5-7 business days for shipping and handling. She was taking forever with my order from the beginning. I was writing her multiple times and only got one response saying that I should receive my hair before my birthday. So I noticed that even after she sent the tracking number my package still wasn’t being delivered. At this point I was highly upset because I missed my hair appointment along with my event I needed the hair for. I received the hair 9/2!!!!! A month and some weeks is how long it took for her to send it out. To make matters worse, the merchant sent me an empty shipping bag with ziplock bags where the weave should’ve been!!! I was panicking at first I thought it was the post office, then an old friend since it got delivered to his house first, she was even about to have my *** *** **** ** because I thought my wig was stolen! I did research and seen others have been going through this as well! Moral of the story, DONT purchase from JoGoddess Hair! I’ve been scammed !!

Hello. I ordered from this hair company about three weeks ago . I was suppose to receive bundles 24,26,28 inches with a closure syrught hair and like I said it took three weeks to come when I received it the package was very small and I opened it and it didn’t have anything in it except plastic bags ! And I went on the social media and I believe everyone who just got the package experienced the same thing . I spend 180 on this order to receive nothing

Absolute WORST company!! I placed two orders at the beginning of August about two weeks later I received a pre-Shipment label notification on the 14th, On the 24th I reached out via email to find out why my packages were never sent to the post office, because the notification literally said “Label created Awaiting Item at ****” I didn’t receive a response, I reached out twice the next day via DM on Instagram, finally received a response that said check the shipment status in a few days. I check it, it says item was received at the **** facility, which I thought great! I’m finally receiving my orders. WRONG!!! Both Packages were empty!!! Even the mail person asked did I order air! I have never experienced anything like this before and will warn everyone who even tries to order from this scamming company!! My attorney has been contacted and I will be moving forward with Legal action

I purchased from this company to receive hair.. I purchased 1 bundle of hair for 95.00 . I only purchased one in case the hair was not a good quality of hair. I received the package In a plastic bag with the company name on it and a box from the postal ( which anyone can obtain for priority mail.. nothing was in the box it was empty. I contacted the company via email and message on ig and they blamed in on the post office.. after the post office did their investigation they stated this company did a fraudulent act against me. I am now reporting it to the police to have this company shut down.

I purchased hair from this company. It took a month.... I continued to email and ask for updates shipping. She ensured it was on the way. Package arrived today, EMPTY! I paid over $300. Scammer!

This company is a SCAM and will send you an empty box and tell you to file a claim with US Postal Service. She is scamming both customers and the USPS. When trying to resolve, I was told to file a claim with the post office. However, not only was the package empty but the empty packaging itself was for two products I never purchased. Upon further research, I discovered other customers on ******* complaining about this company the same day that I received my empty package. DO NOT BUY!

I order products on her website on Aug 12. My empty package box was delivered Aug 26. As I open the package and seen nothing was in the box I contacted her via email. She told me when the package is out of her care it’s up to the carrier. I looked up reviews and realized I wasn’t the only person who was send a empty box or no product at all. She’s deleted most people reviews & conversation when they ask other buyer have they gotten there things.

This business sales hair and advertises bundle and frontal deals on social media. They have a legit website. They scam you by taking your money and sending you an empty package. I spent almost $300 with this business and received an empty package.

I purchased hair from what I thought was real online hair company. I made a purchase to receive hair extensions, which for shipping it suppose to take 5-7 business days to prepare and 2-3buiness day to ship. That's one week and three day. I finally received my order after emailing her mutiply times, over a month later to find their was nothing in their. No hair extensions just plastic. She just scammed me out of $205. I could believe it.
