This "business" is likely a scam. Ordered an Iron Man helmet in March of 2021 and as of December 2021 still have not received the product. After multiple attempts to reach the seller I had to file a case with PayPal. Magically JoeToys started responding once PayPal tried to make contact. "Clara" offered to send my product if I canceled my PayPal case. PayPal advised that they would not close the case until the product was shipped and received. JoeToys refused to ship the product and now say that my money has been refunded (it has not). I have contacted PayPal again to ask them to reverse the charge and return my money. Do not risk your funds with this scam.

I placed an order with them back in March they said it would take 3-4 months. It’s been about 7 months and no response on what the status is they also stopped writing back to emails
