I bought a TV from JoesAv.com website in November. The order showed “in process” after two weeks. I called the support number and after being on hold for over 40 mins was told that the order will be available in 30 days. I waited for a month and call them back again. Again after a long hold of almost an hour I was Told that They would have to get back to me after confirming the status. I did not get a call in the next 10 days. I called again today and said that it’s almost been over 1 1/2 months and I haven’t got the order status updated yet. They repeated that they will get back to me after finding the status. This time I said that I will be on hold while they find out the status. They started abusing and cursing and then threatened and said they would cancel the order. I told them this was unprofessional behavior but they kept cursing over the phone. I finally asked them to cancel the order. This place is a scam and I would not recommend anybody to get involved or do business with them.

Business advertise Cheap prices never ship these products , try to scam you by asking to upgrade from business product that is bare bone to consumer product (all fake claims as TV models advertise are consumer, also give estimate shipping time now more that 3 months, claim that product stuck in customs???
