I attempted to purchase medical equipment from a website that ended up being a fraudulent/scam website. I paid via a PayPal link on their website which forced payment via "guest account" of PayPal. After completing the purchase, I received a PayPal email receipt, however, no order confirmation or correspondence from the company. After products were never delivered, I tried to contact company via the email associated with their PayPal account and also via their website, but no replies (and I received an error message saying their website email didn't exist).

I then contacted the medical equipment company directly (separate from the seller website) who told me the website I had visited was a scam and had stolen pictures of their inventory and were selling them fraudulently online.

I have already contacted PayPal and Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3.gov) who are investigating.
