Product (engine) ordered was promised delivery within 10 days. Upon 10th day, we contact company to obtain a tracking number and was assured delivery would be withing 3 days. Several further contacts were made with encouraging promises of delivery and reimbursement of funds after we decided to cancel the order. After 17 days, we cancelled the order again with encouraging promises of refund. 7 days later we filed a dispute with credit card and attempted to contact the many numbers that were obtained throughout the process to discover all numbers are not available. There were several avenues used for the processing of this "order" (Billing dept, Headquarters, etc. using different states to include Kansas, Georgia, Tennessee). In addition, website became "Ready to Start Auto Parts" and now has become "RTSAuto". both from Marlborough, MA. All of these register with different phone numbers.
