My daughter's friend paid the "rehoming" fee in full. Now he is trying to make her pay for things he took upon himself to buy for the puppies. He was repeatedly told that she would take the puppy to her own vet for a check up. He insisted on doing what HIS vet said & know he is refusing to refund her money. He never mentioned the extra charge until we went to pick up the puppy last Sunday & he wasn't home. Then he started with the extra charge having to be paid. We have tried to be nice about this situation but he is refusing to refund her money or give her her puppy WITHOUT paying the extra charge. I have screen shots of our entire conversation as proof that he never disclosed any of the extra charges. This is a teenage girl who works hard for her money & this jerk is trying to shake her down for more money. I've asked him to do the right thing & he told her to go ahead & call the police.
