On 5/11/2022, I wired $10,000 to Century Surety Company Westerville Oh. as half payment on a financial surety bond to cover a $200,000 loan I was approved for from Vibrant Fundings, Cleveland Oh. Century charges 10% of the loan of the loan amount for there fee. I have been waiting over a month for my refund of $10,000!!. As soon as I payed Century Surety, Vibrant Fundings told me they couldn't do the $200,000 loan I applied and was approved for. But I could get a $1,000,000 loan if I paid more money to Century to increase the bond. I went back to Century asking for my money back I signed a contract for a $200,000 and it's no longer available and I asked for my money back. They told me that the lender had to release me from the loan agreement. This is where I knew something was wrong the lender kept trying to get me to take other loan offers that would either give more money to Vibrant Fundings or to Century Surety. I told Century Surety the lender was a fraud they told me if I want my money back I would have to write a formal request for a refund and they would have to investigate. A couple of days later they told me the lender released the loan and not to worry I'll get my $10,000 back in 3 weeks. It's now over 3 weeks and they keep telling me it's a process. You would think they have to give my money back there is no loan to bond! I feel like Vibrant Fundings and Century Surety are working together to get more money from people. I'm still waiting for my refund! I feel scammed.
