Today is Day 27 since Jean St Felix and Anthony Matthews of JM Moving company picked up my things from 2 storage units and left Topeka, KS. He was suppose to deliver them to my new Mississippi address but he called & texted over and over again with excuse after excuse & lied about what w[censored]ding up their arrival. Two days ago he said he’d be here at 10 pm, which would have put him about 4 hours away BUT the next day he texted us saying he was still in Kansas - so we caught him in a lie. And, careful, he has several phone numbers. We paid over $3000 but he never showed up for his final payment of $1400 - 70% of his payments had to be paid via Venmo to his niece “accountant” Patricia Val. Between his lies and her not getting back with us in my latest texts asking where the hell her Uncle was with my belonging - well, that’s when I knew I’d never see my things again. I am sick to my stomach with grief…..EVERYTHING we own from the simple kitchen items to irreplaceable family heirlooms, photos, videos and precious keepsakes. Not to mention a file cabinet of personal documents. (thank God we have Lifelock which is the only blessing out of this). We are telling our story to news outlets, newspaper reporters and anyone who will keep anyone else from becoming his victim and, hopefully, with a little luck from the good Lord above, recover some of our things.
