This landlord frequently sues his tenants. But I sued him.
Douglas County in 2018 for failure to return my security
deposit. James Walker submitted inaccurate accounting
claims detailing expenses he supposedly paid out
of my deposit, including expenses for a different property
he owns, and those expenses were denied
by the judge and a judgment was entered against him. I had
to garnish his bank account to get part of the judgment, and
James Walker after four years has still not paid me the balance
of the judgment ordered by the court.
