No business license

The company is owned by a very immature and unlicensed to do business. I place an online order never received any response when item would be shipped. After multiple messages I was told if I wanted to come pick up my purchase. That’s fine because I live in the same city. Now I’m seeing how many people have paid for services and not receiving what they paid for. Definitely not paying business taxes if business license can’t be obtained how would IRS get their money?

I asked for highlights only to find out she died all my hair blonde not a single shred of my brown hair. Wash my hair so sloppily getting water in my face going down my back. She was eating food in the back room and then would come back and finish my hair without washing her hands. She was constantly on her phone and I had to get her attention being her bleach started burning my scalp!! She told me that the foils were suppose to be on for a long period of time. Again going back and forth to eat Chile cheese fries from chubbies (restaurant in Denver). So rude and unprofessional. Then when I told my story I found on top of everything she is UNLICENSED which in Colorado is a requirement. She left my hair so orange and did not apply any toner. I left her salon with wet orange hair, she didn’t even style it. I asked her to fix it and she refused. I asked for a refund and she blocked me. I looked at her page from another phone and she was eating at a lavish restaurant. How is someone this unethical not caring about how you treat people and their hard earned money. Shame on this individual scamming people as well as woman who are in-trusting you with their hair and skin and nails! Shame on Jade Serie
