🚨 🚨 STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER 🚨 🚨. 516-656-1474. 516-656-1471

🚨 SCAMMERS! First 🚩, they don’t accept credit cards. 3 days of them telling me they are looking for a drive, it’s busy because of the holiday (so I understood). They tell me Thursday that they have a driver for Friday for sure and to call Friday am for the pick up time slot.

I call Friday AM and They tell me 2-3pm. 3:30 no one has showed up. I call the company to they tell ME to call the driver. The driver says the pick up is scheduled for SATURDAY and to call Sat morning for the time.

I call Saturday morning and the driver tells me he his no longer contracted and to call the agent. Well Daniel )agent) is longer answering my calls or messages. I have my son call from his phone Daniel answers, but when my son starts questioning him, he hangs up and blocks his calls.

Yet another person who wishes he had seen this site before engaging with JK Auto Shipping. You can add this testimonial to the other ones listed here. All the same experience...

This company is dishonest and will scam you. If you read this and still use them, consider yourself warned.

I contracted them to move my car across the country and then back. They quoted me a price that was lower than some of the others, which should have set off a warning in my mind. However, I spoke with the representative, and he was clear that the quoted price was firm. I provided a $200 deposit for each direction and signed the contract. I was a bit worried because the contract says the quoted price may change. The rep said that the language was just boilerplate in case of emergencies and not to worry. He even agreed to send me written verification that the price he gave was firm and would not change.

The day before the pickup, they were supposed to call with driver details. They didn’t call. We called them, and they said the driver would call the next day. The next day, no driver called. We called them, and the rep said that the situation has changed. The new price was nearly double the original price. After much arguing, I gave up on the company, realizing that they were never going to honor the agreed-upon price.

I ended up shipping with another, more reputable company, but I am still trying to get my second deposit back. Unbelievably, the rep still thinks I would trust him to ship my car back at the end of summer.

These guys are straight up criminals, and I will work hard to expose their nefarious schemes. Hopefully, everyone who is thinking about working with them will read this and take my advice to stay away from them.

I wish I had seen this web site before I booked with them. The company waits until the day of shipping and then says "we can't find any drivers at that price" and doubles the price. I am considering filing a class-action lawsuit to drive these fraudsters out of business.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. Help us spread this scammers. Please stay away from this auto shipping company. They’re absolutely scammers. They’re having different contract with the dispatcher and with us and ending up paying more. Wish we read the reviews first before agreeing with this liars. We have all the proof that’s why we’re suing this company. They’re crazy. #jkautoshippingscammers

They not on time waste my 2 days of work, he try to book last minute jump from $375 to $400 and at last $535, my deposit was $135 i use credit card, if some thing wrong have credit card back me up, bank stop this charge , if not i chance the bank & credit card too. I cancel last minute prize jump high also did not have a writing contract from the beginning . Can not trust this scam or doing business stay way best will continue files bbb on this.

These are the biggest scam artist i have seen in years. They start off nice and will give you a price out of the air, then when its close to pick they will change the price claiming they cant find anyone, then why did you quote me a price if you didn't have a truck to transport my car. The gentleman i spoke to was named Calvin, do not listen to him, he will change the price on you. Messed my plans up with a price change at the last minute. Please find someone else to transport your car. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY JK AUTO LIKE I DID...I can only warn you, they need to be out of business. By: Devon M. Cole Sr., Clermont Florida.

We talked via phone, and thru text that the car be picked up before feb 5, that was last january, they assured me that i just need to pay 200 to locked in the quoted price, which i did, and that is refundable. Ffups done, but they didnt pick up the car on the said date, it was supposedly feb 6, but then they didnt, and they are saying that there is an increase in the fees. So, i cancelled it, and the guy i was talking to, said that they will ask a refund, and will wait for their call, within 15 days, none was received so i followed up, and now they are saying its non refundable. This guys are bunch of scammers so beware.

All of these fake positive reviews are absolutely hilarious - they're all written in broken English compared to the reviews calling them a scam. If you doubt that JK Auto Shipping is a scam, their "professional website" (https://jkautoshipping.com/) is clearly a default WordPress template that's riddled in grammar and spelling errors.

'Harry' quoted my mother $900 on 2/10/23 to ship my car and pushed to have a deposit that they called a 'reservation fee' of $200 from her. She paid this by Zelle on the same date. They informed her that the driver would arrive on Tuesday morning to pick up the car - this was then pushed to Wednesday morning. She called to cancel the order because they could not find a driver on time - they then said that they had another driver asking for $1700 to complete the order. She asked them to cancel the order and refund her the $200, and their manager said that they would refund her within 24 hours. After 24 hours had transpired, she had still not received a refund, and her number was blocked.

We're taking this up with the BBB, the FTC, and filing a formal complaint with the police. $200 is nothing - my mom has all the time in the world.
Bait-and-switch scam, probably does not even exist

Please, do NOT use this company. They scammed my husband and I out of our $150 deposit. Was scheduled to have my sons truck picked up to ship to him at Ft Hood, TX for $590. He’s serving active duty in the Army and was looking forward to having his personal (and new) vehicle on base with him. However, on the day it was to be picked up, they suddenly needed $1100 more to transport it. Refused to honor the ‘contract’ I signed with the quoted amount and blamed it on US Department of Transportation and it being a dry route. Daniel Drake gave me the run around, refused to give me the name or number of the supposed driver, could not explain why I was given no notice of the changes to the fee and refused to refund my deposit. He then told me that driver just informed him of the new prices today. And that if I call other companies, they will call him to get the driver and it will be the same cost. His broken English and incomplete sentences via text only confirm the other bad reviews that I am seeing on here. I only wish I had seen them sooner. Be warned. They will rip you off and leave you still without transport. Horrible, HORRIBLE company and people!

Their website says no deposit required, then they needed a $100 deposit . They texted me saying the quote was going up because the "US department of shipping" is raising costs. They answer calls in a call center in india. The address on their website is a small home somewhere in New York state. They are a Scam.

Same here. They contacted me giving me a price ($900)They sent me an invoice I noticed “my invoice” they whole pick up address contact information and drop off was misspelled. I call them to tell them, and they were like. Well since the address where change the price is going to go up. I was like the address did not change, the information was wrong. Well, I was going back and forth. Whomever I was speaking with, raise the price from was the price originally giving to me. I told I didn’t want their service anymore. I wanted to cancel and that I need it my deposit back. It has been almost two weeks, going back and forth. Well guess what, I ain’t getting it. So I'm reporting them. I hope they get what they deserved. Playing with people's money like that. I'll report them everywhere is necessary. Ill filled a police report too. Noted, if they have a really heavy Indian accent to have American names, it's a straight SCAM. Unfortunately, they got us. Below are some of the text messages I was having with them.
Was a victim of these too.
Was a victim of these too.

Like other commenters, the day of scheduled pick up they tell us a driver isn’t available. Although they had 2 weeks to find one and let’s use know.
Now our flights need to be changed and we need to find a new shipping company because no way we are going to trust this company now.
I’m sure we won’t be able to get our $100.00 deposit back but you can guarantee that we will be filing a police report and letting every outlet, website, social media, business platform we can find that this company is a scam.

They had me Zelle them some money to transport my car and they diden do it I paid them 150 deposit and now they changed their number

These people quote you less than any other auto-shipping company (they all use the same dispatch place to contract truckers - Central Dispatch - and they can see what other offers, they come to you offering way less, their site seems legitimate they are indeed insured and registered with the DOT but they know they can’t get a driver for the price they’re telling you. So they get your deposit and then start asking for more and for more and for more and tell you the drivers are in “protest” meanwhile they’re now offering drivers MUCH more than other companies so drivers will go with them, and trying to make YOU pay the difference while they pocket your deposit. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Rule #1: Don't ever put a deposit down without knowing your driver's name and contact information.

JK Autoshipping will try to hustle you the day of by increasing the price of the delivery by saying something like: "The driver wants X amount more for the delivery".

We did a charge back to get the deposit fee, so we just lost time, not money. Don't be dumb and give your scammers money.

SCAM CUSTOMER...
She was a fake customer . we refunded all her money instantly even after we delivered her car . even we did our job we refunded her full amount . She was a liar from first day she changed the pickup dates 3 times even after that we provide her the driver . We tried our best to done the job we promised .

This was my first time using UShip. After signing up for UShip- companies began reaching out to me on May 10th. One company, in particular, said they would ship my car today on May 24th for $850. I accepted their bid. I paid a $150 deposit on May 12th. Since then I have consistently reached out to the broker at JK Auto Shipping in Valley Stream, NY to get updates. There were none. Yesterday on May 23- Harry( the person I’ve been in contact with) says that the initial driver had car troubles and would need to delay shipping by 2 to 3 days. I asked if that changes the price. He initially said no but in a later phone call said it would cost more 2-3 days later. I asked again about a new driver and he stated $1350 as a new price but the car would not be picked up for 6-7 days. And he could not guarantee that price. The company states on their website that they have 5/10 years of shipping experience, but when I look up their US DOT number- it was only registered for 4-5 months. I called the number listed on the US-DOT website and spoke with Cameron Akhtar this morning. He stated that he was the principal for the company. After pressing for more information he stated that Harry Shev/Shivani was his manager. Here is their US dot # 3807857 and MC # 1373030-B. Cameron would not provide information about their previous company.
