I placed three separate orders with JJ’s House. I never received any of the packages. The only way to contact the company was by submitting a ticket which takes 24 hours for them to respond. All they did was took a picture of the tracking number, which when I look up the same number it says invalid tracking number or shows delivery to Wichita, KS not my home town. They keep telling me they were delivered. What a load of crap. They plain and simply took my money without providing me any of what I ordered from them. They have no legitimate way to speak with anyone from the company. They have a chat now area to click on, but it doesn’t respond when you click on it.

No attempt has been made by JJ’s house to make this right
