I was contacted by an individual claiming to be from a mediation firm called J&J. They claimed I had an outstanding balance, and threatened me with litigation if I did not pay. The caller gave me the name Monica Jane, but refused to give me any specific information about what I allegedly owe, or who she was a representative of. I was not provided with a copy of the bill or any proof of its existence- claiming I received it in the mail prior which is false. I've been in contact with the hospital she alleged I owed and their billing department confirmed I had no outstanding balance or fees. I've received no communication from any litigation firms, or from the hospital.
