I purchased this robotic vacuum and the product arrived completely non-functional. The company never answers their phone and their customer support email does not exist. One person responded with an address to send the product for repair and this address does not exist in the USA. The content information for the repair company is also fake. They stopped responding to emails now and will not refund any costs.
