I found their website via a facebook ad which advertised a pair of well-known brand shoes at a low sales price. I ended up purchasing the pair of shoes, but quickly noticed that the confirmation email that I received was missing a lot of crucial information such as the entire pricing and cost of the purchase. There was no information on shipment and the status of delivery. I contacted the seller and asked for the information. They provided me with a tracking number for a delivery provider that I have never heard of. The tracking information on it was completely wrong. I found everything to be very suspicious, so I ended up disputing this purchase with paypal because my delivery never came through, yet the seller stated it was delivered. Paypal's dispute system wasn't much help, so I ended up going through my credit card provider to dispute the charge. At this point, the seller had provided a different package delivery tracking number from USPS. I contacted USPS and asked for the information on the product. They provided me with scanned documents which had completely wrong information on the delivery address and the packet was only way smaller than the actual product's weight. I provided all the information to the credit card provider and they ultimately resolved my dispute and credited me back my money.
