My order # is 2942 I purchased a adult tricycle back in June, I haven't received anything or a tracking number. I tried to cancel the page is gone. I have sent several emails and no response.

I ordered a bicycle on June 23rd. I have inquired several times with no response. I never received my item or a refund. In short, they stole my money.

DO NOT buy a thing from this person or company or what ever, it is a scam they stole 89.00 from me over 2 months ago, I NEVER received my product that I ordered and they do NOT reply to emails. BEWARE I sure wish someone would have warned me about scam JINNE ANN and JOHN RICHARDSON BOOOOOOO

I also made a purchase that seem legit also thru Paypal for the same amount $98.99
This was a recommendation from a facebook friend who also purchase the Adult trycicle for her son. Apparently she had no issue at all and received the bike and was perfectly happy with. I ordered this back in June 9 and its July 25 and have not received it yet.

I also got the emailed and a Thank you from them about my recent purchased.

I so upset my daughter was looking forward to learn to ride a bike.

Hopefully I can get my money back. Never again!

I purchased a bicycle for my child from this site. Paid via PayPal. The delivery was taking long so I contacted seller who never replied. I then began doing some digging and realized that I have been scammed. I contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. PayPal indicates that they would look into it but that the seller has stayed they shipped and even provided a tracking number. I put in the tracking number and guess what? These liars said they shipped And delivers to my mailbox. What 24” bicycle gets delivered to a mailbox? They must have been doing this for awhile and they also are not listed as the company but as a construction company. They will get theirs...

I Had ordered a 16 person tent in June I was supposed to receive the tent writhing 7-15 days. July 16,2020 I still dont have my tent and the link I go to say the store is unavailable. Guess that's $98 lost. I'm really not expecting the tent or any money back considering I have sent emails to 2 different emails listed and there has been no response. Wish there was a way to put a stop to these kind of people. I just wonder if anyone has received any items they ordered from Jinni Ann?

Ordered a mini Brother sewing machine for $67.00 on June 19th. I did not hear anything since then until I contacted PayPal about the issue. They apparently connected the company and the company responded with a legitimate USPS tracking id that says my item was shipped and delivered two days ago. I did not receive the item. I have no idea how a company can create false legitimate tracking information that has days of tracking information up to the "delivery." It is all wrong. It is all false. I did not receive the item. So yes...scammed...And it was the same as the other complaint, the item from the website was listed among the first after my google search.

I spent $68.53 at this store on June 21st, and hadn't gotten any any response from them since then. When I tried to find their contact info, it appears their site doesn't exist anymore. I probably got scammed out of money, and the saddest part of this whole thing is that Google suggested their page as the first result when I searched for the product.

I had been wanting an adult tricycle but prices were more that I could afford. So when I saw this ad I jumped on it and placed an order and paid via PayPal. I did do cursory research and at that time found no reviews good or bad. It seemed like a fairly new company so I decided to take a chance. I got this email response from "Jinne Ann [email protected] via shopify.com":

Order was placed on June 20th. After not having any further communication from them, I emailed them on July 1st and have had no response so far. I then did some more research online and found Scam warnings dated after I made my purchase.
