The brand made sponsored content online, which prompted me to make an order. I made said order on March 27th of this year and it was never shipped. Repeated inquiries to customer service were made - each time receiving the same automated message.

Used to buy their clothes online, the first time was fine, but the second time was in Jan, 2023, they charged me right away before shipping my items. It’s been more than 6 months now and the status still says awaiting shipment”, and I have been trying to get a hold on customer service multiple times, but have never got a replied.

I ordered $83.99 worth of clothing from jingus on February 16,2023. My payment was made through paypall and was emailed the same day an order confirmation. I emailed on March 1,2022 at 4:33 pm stating that I had emailed earlier but received no response. In this email, I stated that I was wondering if there was an estimated shipping/date of arrival for my packages. I provided my order number which was 00368414 and the date that I ordered in the email. They replied on March 2,2023 at 10:24 am stating "We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5-10 business days after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for you order to be processed.

On March 10,2023 at 2:07 pm I emailed them the following: "I know things and times are busy, but I am emailing to check on an order and the status of my order. I ordered these items on February 16. I would like to know what the status of my order is because I ordered these items for an event on March 27. When I had placed my order, I calculated the 5-10 processing business days and it would have fallen on March 2. I would like to know what is my expected shipment date because the status on the website says "awaiting shipment" and I need to know if I should expect to get the items in time for my event or if I should go find something else.

Again I know times are busy and thank you for your time. My order number is 00368414. If someone could give me any information about the expected shipment date or a phone number/person to talk to about this I would appreciate it."

They replied on March 11,2023 at 8:01 pm the following: "Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us.

So sorry for waiting. The warehouse has been moved recently, so the shipping time will be extended some days. Please do not worry, we will try our best to ship the order soon.

Much appreciated for your understanding.

On May 5th at 10:43 am I emailed them again because my order has still be stating it was "awaiting shipment". This is what I emailed them: "Good Morning,

I placed my order on February 16,2023 and the order number is 00368414. I should have received an update on my order on March 3, but have not. On March 27, I sent an email that was never answered.

For the past 3 months, my order has been "awaiting shipment". Yet, I see your website is always holding sales even though sales that were made have yet to be fulfilled. My money has been drafted out of my account so essentially I've been scammed.

When you make a sale, do not fulfill it, but take the money is not only ethically wrong but also legally. Then when I try to reach out asking where my order is I get no response on where it exactly is or when I should expect to receive it. Your company has not satisfied your performance obligation and is not entitled to that money.

I expect a response about where my package is and when it will be shipped/delivered, not "awaiting shipment" for an additional three months. If I do not hear back within one week I will request a refund for my full amount and if I am not given the refund I will tell everyone I know online not to purchase from this company. That this company not only holds sales even when they have orders awaiting shipment for three months, they do not respond to emails, and they scam you out of your money because they do not send your items or give a refund when you legally are owed one.

Upon sending the email, I received that my account has been blocked from emailing them.

This looks like a typical shopping website. I ordered a product that was never delivered. Looking online, this has happened to many other customers.

I placed an order in the first week of February and after almost 3 months of not receiving the order and being told it was “processing”, I asked for a refund. Almost a month later, and after numerous lies via FB messenger, which was the only way I could communicate with them, I still have not received my refund. I have just seen on their Facebook page that there are numerous people they have scammed like me.

January 4, 2023, February 8, 2023 and February 18, 2023 I ordered the following items from J.ING. I have not received one single items from J.ING as of April 5, 2023. I have emailed J.ING - 35 Times - since January 4, 2023.

January 2023 emails:

I emailed J.ING on January 4, 13, twice and 22nd. I again emailed J.ING on February 6, 2023. J.ING responded that my order has been updated to change two jackets from a size large to a size medium.

February 2023 emails to J.ING:

I emailed J.ING on February 7, 2023 and they responded on February 7, 2023:

"Thanks for your order. Due to high popularity of this product, we've received a large number of orders, so your shipment may take longer than usual. Please wait patiently, and we will ship for you as soon as possible!" Then on February 8,

and February 18, 2023 I made two more orders .with J.ING. On March 1, 2023

I had still not received any items I ordered on January 4, 2023 nor February 8, 2023.

March 2023 emails:

I emailed J.ING on March 1, 2023 - twice.

On March 8, 2023 I emailed J.ING - TWELVE times

March 18, 2023 I emailed J.ING - TEN times.

My last email was on March 28, 2023 to J.ING requesting a Cancellation of my 3 orders and a Refund to my credit card. Today is APRIL 5, 2023 and I have NOT heard from J.ING.

Therefore, I am reaching out to you to inform you of my experience because I believe I have been SCAMMED.

The company has already closed. But they still keep the website open and send ads to consumers. They take money, but they never send out items.

I’ve viewed their instagram and there are many other individuals who are saying they did not receive a refund.

Once you order products from this website, they take a very long time to ship their products (on purpose), so the buyer miss the 60 days to dispute a fraud. If you do receive a package from them, all the items are either damaged, or of terrible quality. Once you return the products, they never issue you a refund. By then it has been a few months and the customer cannot dispute the fraud anymore

The website looks legitimate and it is advertised on social media and with influencers, facebook, website. The phone number does not work. Customercare email will not respond. I ordered clothes total of $136, order number 00346657 on January 3rd 2023. I have tried so many times to contact them and no-one responds. Since them I have read on TrustPilot that many people like me have been scammed out of our money and received no goods at all. I believe the website is in China but the office and phone number it gives is in California. Though the phone number is dead and no emails work. Is there any way I can get my money back?

This website claims to be a women's fashion e-commerce site, however I made a purchase 6 weeks ago and never received my products. I contacted them via email 3 times and never received a response. I tried calling them numerous times, and no answer. After checking the confirmation # they provided and tracking number, it shows that there is no information. I still see the charge under my card transactions, and will be disputing those charges. Be aware that they are likely fraudulent.
