I inquired about a puppy on their website they said it was available immediately they asked for $ 750.00 including shipping. I paid by Zelle to the requested email got a contract signed it sent it back to them. They told me the puppy was going out for immediate shipping, I got an email from www.worldwidecargodelivery.com stating that I needed to pay $1500 for puppy insurance and a vented crate which the breeder said on the website that the puppies are shipped on a plane with a nanny and do not go into the cargo section the person I spoke with at this delivery site which was a Chicago number stating if I didn’t pay by Zelle that I would have to contact the breeder to pick up the puppy. I contacted the breeder and they told me to pay I said no that I wanted a refund needless to say I’m out 750 and no puppy.
