The site claimed to to be Jim Shore Designs and have many Jim Shore figurines on sale so I bought quite a few. I received an email stating that Vikrasseth received the money but I never received any items

They claimed to be Jim Shore and that they were going out of business. They had all of the Disney items on clearance and I ordered many. They claimed it would be 7-10 days for delivery. That was November 1st and now it has been 18 days and I can't even find the website. The only thing I received was an email stating that VIKRASSETH LIMITED had taken my money from my account. It came out, but nothing more was sent and I received no figurines.
