I was called two or three times being told I won a $1.5 million and a BMW. The government had paid 95% of the taxes, but I’d have to pay a fee of $550. They asked for a receipt showing them that I had paid, and they’d then deliver the car and the money. They said the reason was that we always pay our utility bills on time.
