Had interview with Steven on Aug 22. I was hired immediately and was issued a check dated 8/24/23 for $3,680.50 to buy pc,scanner and supplies. I was told to use there vendor for PC which was $3000. I sent zelle payments of $500 then $487.50. I was told to send wire transfer of $2,010.50 to complete balance. However Chase bank blocked wire transfer. When I called Chase the rep told me the account has flagged Gloria Bowden for scam. When I asked Steven Lee to send me back my $987.50 then he can cancel check. He became angry and told me No, I need to send $500 more to zelle. This is unbelievable!!! I hope no one else falls for this scam. They are on online sites as Indeed .
