The contractor (Ji Young Ko) did not give me the closet doors and bath tub I ordered from him. He indicated that they will arrive 10/31/22, but it never arrived. He then blocked all contact with me.

The owner of the business (general contractor) who had contracts to remodels houses with several of his customers are incomplete. The owner not only promised via in person, email, and text messages that he and his team will finish remodeling the homes never showed up to resume the work. The owner also blocked all contact with his customers.
