I ordered two products from this site (an additional free item was included) on 12/29/22. I got a confirmation email that night which of course included my order number and that they would notify me when it has been sent. I haven't gotten any other emails except the confirmation email. I used the suggested app for tracking which is the Shop app; no luck, it didn't even recognize my order number.

I emailed them 1/27/23 and sent a message to them on Instagram both saying the same thing, I just didn't know which they would respond to faster, they responded to my Instagram DM asking for my order number, which I gave, they said "It should be arriving early this month apologies for the hold-up" that was 12/31/23. I sent another message and email last night, 3/14/23 but still nothing.

I have attached a collage of screenshots (5, as I can only attach one file on here), all in order reading from left to right of the confirmation order I received with my order summary, the messages between us on Instagram, and the emails I sent which never got a response to.
