Wrong wording

I ordered a veterans t-shirt in 2XL. The shirt is the right size but very thin material and wrong lettering. After reading these postings I will got to my credit card company and see about cancelling this order and getting my money back. Plus, tomorrow I shall be contacting the Texas Attorney General's office. Perhaps they will be able to help, if not me maybe future customers.

Thought I was Purchasing from a Legit Company

I ordered shirts through FB/Instagram and thought I was ordering from a legit company. When I did not receive a purchase confirmation email after a week, I reached out to the creditor I used for payment and they confirmed the payment. Then magically I received an email with a tracking number. I received the shirts in the right size but they are of poor quality for the price I paid. It’s disturbing to think that this third party now has all of my information. Also had the same notice as others about videotaping the opening of the package. I continue to feel very uneasy with this purchase and I very well may reach out to my creditor about this scam.

I received an ad for tee shirts and sweatshirts. I ordered three. All 2XL. I did receive two of the correct size. The third one is a small. I cannot reach them to return the sweatshirt for an exchange. I have discovered that this particular business or person has done this with football team jerseys, jackets, and sweatshirts.

I received a package in my mailbox. Right address; wrong name. Tried to find the person it was addressed to with no luck so I opened it. Inside was a cheap keychain. Return address was John Doe 508G Ash Street, Grand Prairie TX. So I googled him and it came up to this website. Very strange, but I didn't lose any $$

They have no way for the customer to contact them, I hope the government catches up to them and put them in jail so unfair

I have received a small box from some John Doe 508A Ash Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75051. The scar part is, the box has a yellow tape warning label on it stating "FRAGILE PLEASE MAKE UNBOXING VIDEO, COMPLAINT WILL BE PROCESSED"... I've never ordered anything from Texas! With such a scary warning label, I won't open it. This is rather a ridiculous way to trap people. With all of the warnings and complaints, why is this so-called business shut down by now?

How very interesting to find this when I looked up the return address on THREE packages I received with the address of 5080 Ash Street in Grand Prairie, Texas!
I placed an order with THREE different (supposed) artists (two of whom lived in the US and one in Canada) on Etsy who (claimed) to hand make round wooden door hangers with Christmas greetings on them to hang on a front door to a house. I received them alright but all from the same "John Doe" and the same address...NONE of which were handmade, but obviously machine made and mass-produced. When I notified these so-called "artists" they all skirted around my questions and changed the subject.
Consequently, if ANY ONE of you experiences the same (as I see you have with various things you have ordered), notify your credit card company or whomever you went through to make your payment (your bank, PayPal, etc.) and tell them you are disputing the sale and have them credit back your payment to your account. EVEN IF YOU DECIDE TO KEEP THE ITEM, you made your purchase under FALSE PRETENSES and under FALSE GUARANTEE that your item was as advertised. My credit card company was MARVELOUS to help me, and is going to credit back the charges and also correspond with the company...or whomever the heck "John Doe" is supposed to be.
GET YOUR MONEY BACK! YOU CAN AND HAVE A RIGHT TO! I'm sorry to read that others have experienced this same situation as I have.

As you can see I ordered the 24 inch by 24 inch by 1 inch 3D Eagle and I have never received it. I did receive the following eagle today but it is nowhere near what I ordered. Please see the attached pictures to show you what I mean. This is not 24x24x1 inch at all. It is about 23 inches wide and 14 inches tall plus it is flat as a pancake. Please either send me the right eagle ASAP or refund all my money back to my card. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company like this.

As you can see from the information below this order was placed back on June 22nd. It has now been more than 2 months and I still do not have it nor do I have a tracking number. It would really be nice to know you didn't just take my $104.98 and have no intention of shipping my eagle.

FINALLY RECEIVED THE EAGLE AND IT IS A PIECE OF CRAP. I CAN'T GET ANYONE TO HELP ME WITH THE RETURN AND GETTING MY MONEY BACK. I GUESS I'LL HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK MYSELF AND HOPE I GET THE REFUND.

I ordered this from a company advertising on Facebook these signs. It took a month to get after multiple emails to various people. There is no customer service number. This item looks like crap. It’s 1/4 inch plywood. The staining is awful. Part of the black is dark and part of it you can see the wood grain through it. And there is no one to contact to get a replacement.

I order a hoodie from some ad on IG right around Christmas. The website is Your Nice Quilt USA. The hoodie is camo print with the state of NV. The website is misleading makes you think it’s USA BUT the charge went to Shanghai and my bank charged me an international fee. The address and contact makes you think it’s in Michigan. Since placing the $60 order I sent to emails and not once did I get a response. I should have known this was bogus because my bank called asking if I authorized the charge which I did but know makes me feel as if I should have said no. Just got the order in a clear package with a misspelled John Doe Jhon address is from Texas which shows as a residence. The website shows a Michigan address no phone number all communications is email. Super disappointed in this process and disappointed in the quality of the product. Now I’m out $60 on a hoodie make of CVS $5 “fleece” blanket feel. I blame my bf because he wanted to get this for his bud and I said it looks like this is gonna be a waste of money but did it anyways. SMH
